Welcome to our Fostering Team

Amazing things happen throughout our fostering family every day. As a founder led agency, we put children at the heart of everything we do.
We take pride in ensuring a team approach, where our foster carers are supported to become part of our family. We are constantly striving to create a caring fostering community where our foster carers and staff work together to ensure children’s needs are met.
At Care 4 Children Fostering, we work relentlessly to recruit, train and support our foster carers and are committed to providing stable, caring, family environments in which children will thrive. Our foster carers have access to an excellent training programme of ongoing support which ensures we can place children with a variety of needs.
We employ experienced and highly skilled social workers to ensure that we achieve the best possible outcome for the children in our care, and that every placement receives the dedicated support in whatever way is needed.

Fostering in Cheshire

Fostering children into the right family is a delicate process. We at Care 4 Children are an independent Cheshire foster care agency dedicated to making this match and ensuring that children from a variety of backgrounds are placed with families sympathetic to their needs. Being a small local organisation, we are able to intimately concentrate on the needs of both the children and the foster parents and to ensure that even the most difficult challenges are tackled within a loving framework. In doing this, we work as a close-knit team and offer a 24-hour telephone support line for you; the foster parents. We also include you in decisions made throughout the period that the child is living with you.

This is an incredibly rewarding journey for both the potential parents and for the children concerned as they reach a degree of healing through the love and support provided to enable them to take the next step of their life with more confidence and hope.

As a leading Cheshire fostering agency, we are currently looking for new or experienced foster parents to take on this immensely rewarding role. Initially, to be considered as a foster parent you need to be a responsible and caring person over the age of 25 with at least one spare room in the house. We can take it from there. There are many types of fostering, so do contact us if you have any questions or are interested in fostering in Cheshire – this beautiful area in the north-west of England.

We will support you every step of the way and invite you to become part of someone’s life story.
