Virginia has in-depth experience gained within private and public sector care organisations and has operational expertise across numerous fast-paced, values-driven environments. Virginia oversees the day-to-day running of the organisation as well as heading up workforce recruitment and engagement at Care 4 Children, aligning HR strategy to support a high performing culture.

Dr Stuart Hepworth

Clinical Director

Stuart is a Clinical Psychologist with over fifteen years post qualification experience working with young people with complex mental health presentations, developmental difficulties and adverse childhood experiences. Since 2007, Stuart has worked specifically within provisions providing residential care to children and young people. Stuart is registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is also a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), including the Division of Clinical Psychology.

Sheraz Rattoo

Head of Property

Sheraz is responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s property portfolio to provide high quality homes for the children in our care, as well as our fleet services. He is also the health and safety advisor for the business.

 

Pria Griffiths Sen

Quality Assurance Manager

Pria started her career in the Health and Social Care sector in 2001 as a trainee residential care worker. Since then, Pria’s work history has included setting up and managing Children’s homes, working as an Area Manager for a Children’s residential care service and working as a Regulation 44 Independent Visitor.  

Pria’s key focus throughout her career continues to be to provide high quality, individualised and child-centred care services to vulnerable young people.

Ian Oatley

Finance Director

Ian brings a wealth of financial strategic expertise to Care4Children team. In addition to his experience in residential care, education and fostering, Ian’s career has spanned a diverse range of industries and sectors, manufacturers and services and his skill set traverses every aspect of finance, from corporate finance, planning, control and analysis to system integrations and finance process innovation and optimisation.

Lolly Rascagneres

Chief Quality Officer

Lolly has over 24 years, of experience in the health and social care sector, in several senior management roles including managing residential services as a Director of a voluntary organisation. One of Lolly’s many strengths is her strategic knowledge of the complexities of working with different organisations, service users and working in multi-disciplinary teams. Lolly also has in-depth knowledge and experience of the regulations, compliance, quality assurance and governance.

Luqman Shah

Head of Commissioning

Luqman has over 15 year’s experience working with children in care, primarily gained working in residential care provisions. His areas of responsibility include marketing, management of referrals, frameworks and tenders as well as developing relationships with local authority partners.


Tayub Ahmed

Regional Manager

With a proven track record in Leadership and Management, Tayub has worked both in educational and residential settings since 2014. Tayub’s work experience includes residential care worker, senior residential care worker, deputy manager and a registered manager. Tayub’s vision is child-focused led and he is passionate about developing teams to look after our young people to the highest of standards.

 

Andrea Mckeown

Chief Operating Officer

Andrea has worked in the health and social care sector for almost 30 years having spent the majority of this time in residential childcare settings. Andrea is adept at developing services towards achieving Outstanding rated Excellent or Good from her time in regional management roles with a large portfolio of homes including ASD, EBD, Specialist Therapeutic Crisis Services. Andrea’s vision for Care 4 Children is to ensure the workforce are supported, trained, and developed with the aim of embedding quality into our practice and recording so that we become the market leader for our Children and Young People.

Louisa Iqbal

Fostering Director

Louisa, a qualified social worker of 18 years, has extensive experience in the child and family sector which includes children with disabilities; safeguarding in education; residential childcare; child protection; and vulnerable adults.

Sam Millward

Senior Operations Manager

Sam started her career in the health and social care sector back in 2000 as a Residential Care Worker, before taking up her first registered managers post in 2005 and progressing into Senior Management in 2010. During her carer Sam has worked for a number of private providers for children with SEMH needs and Autism and Learning difficulties. Sam has particular experience in working within therapeutic settings, leadership development, change management and operations management for care, education and clinical services.


Lisa Baxter

Regional Manager

With a proven track record in Leadership and Management, Lisa  has achieved excellent outcomes for children and young people, staff teams and management of services, ensuring all children and young people are safeguarded.

Lisa has worked both in educational and residential settings since 1993 including roles as residential care worker, senior residential care worker, deputy manager and for the past seven years, a registered manager. For the previous two years she has been conducting regulation 44 visits along with mentoring and supporting registered managers.
